Gourmet buffet – coffee & tea included 

Included in the gourmet buffet is mushroom soup (lactose free and gluten free) with white mushrooms, chestnut mushrooms and portobello mushrooms. Homemade garlic bread and sourdough bread. Bell-Pepper and chilli jam, butter fried mushrooms with thyme, bell pepper and feta paté, bell pepper and mushroom tapenade, marinated mushrooms, butter, mushroom butter, bell pepper butter and garlic butter.

Chicken salad

Mixed salad with lettuce, bell peppers, pink tomatoes, cucumber and red onion, fried sous vide chicken breast and ginger and chili dressing. 

Stuffed Bell Pepper

With shredded lamb, fried mushrooms and BBQ sauce. Served with mixed salad, bell pepper, pink tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, fetacheese and basil oil.

Lamb wrap

With shredded lamb, fried mushrooms and BBQ sauce. Served with mixed salad, bell pepper, pink tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, lettuce cheese and basil oil.

Portobello Burger

140 gr beef and bread patty with mushrooms and garlic. The burger is then built up with tomatoes, lettuce and red cabbage. Topped with garlic and basil sauce and portobello mushroom.

Vegan Portobello burger

Bread patty with mushrooms and garlic. The burger is then built up with tomatoes, lettuce and red cabbage. Topped with garlic and basil sauce and portobello mushroom.

Ketóburger

140 gr beef w/pepperoni and maribo cheese. The burger is then built up with fresh lettuce, guacamole, chipotle sauce and tomatos. Served with butter-fried mushrooms w/thyme and melted cheese.

Salmon

Oven-baked salmon with cold sweet-potato salad and dill dressing. Served with mixed salad, pink tomatoes, lettuce cheese and basil oil.   

Children’s dishes

Ham and cheese sandwich, served with tomatoes, peppers, lettuce and your choice of dressing (ketchup, cocktail sauce or basil sauce)

 

Pasta fritters, served with tomatoes, peppers, lettuce and your choice of dressing (ketchup, cocktail sauce or basil sauce).

 

Desserts

Mushroom ice cream

(Vegan ice cream available, ask the waiter)

With caramelized mushrooms, lime and chili. Served with honey and roasted seeds.

Carrot ice cream

With Carrots, orange juice and mint. Served with carrot marmalade and roasted seeds.

Carrot cake

Served with cream cheese frosting & carrot marmalade.
